BKI built the launch experience for Alam Al Roum: one scroll, composed like a film, that turned renders and a masterplan into somewhere you feel you have already been.

Qatari Diar's flagship North Coast development needed to be felt before it could be visited. Long before a render becomes a residence, a buyer has to feel the place: the light, the water, the life between them. The work had to manufacture that feeling on a screen, with nothing yet built, and make it read as memory instead of marketing.

The challenge. Sell the development before the first stone is laid, to buyers who would mostly never visit the site. The page had to hold up on a sales-suite wall and in a hand on the drive home.

The approach. Positioning first, then restraint. We led with the coastline because the plot, not the buildings, was the product. A restrained system of type, imagery and light, every interval placed on purpose. Nothing decorative, nothing loud, so the place could do the talking.
